INSTALLATION
1. Phase 1 to Phase 7 should already be installed.
2. Take a full database backup.
3. Import phase8_schema.sql in the same ERP database.
4. Upload folders from this ZIP to the project root.
5. Open: /admin/hrms/phase8_dashboard.php
6. Open Exit Clearance and verify default clearance items.
7. Open ID Cards and save institution name/address.
8. Open Letter Templates and modify templates as needed.

IMPORTANT FLOW
Staff document upload -> Admin verification -> HR letter / ID card -> Exit request -> Clearance -> FNF settlement -> Paid.

SAFETY NOTES
- FNF approval is blocked when salary-blocking clearance items are still pending.
- Raw Phase 1 attendance and Phase 3 salary records are not modified by this patch.
- This patch adds lifecycle data only and keeps previous phases intact.
- PHP code is written in English and PHP 5.6 compatible style.
